CRTC can’t apply 2 different acts in mobile-TV decision: Bell

The CRTC erred in finding that BCE Inc. gave itself an undue preference with the pricing of its mobile TV product because the Telecommunications Act does not apply to this case, Bell argued in a court document Monday.
