Piaggio takes over international opps job

Ken Piaggio has been hired as Digital Dispatch’s new VP of international operations. He has more than 18 years experience in high-technology service delivery and IT management, operations and quality management. Previously employed with TIR Systems Ltd. and NICE Systems, Piaggio will oversee the worldwide customer service and IT organization for the Richmond BC-based company.
