Tardiff appointed to Diversinet’s board

Philippe Tardif, a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and a leading securities law and capital markets lawyer, has been appointed to Diversinet Corp.’s board of directors. Tardif also has significant experience in corporate governance matters. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1985.
