Music labels charge multiple errors in appeal of Von Finckenstein CRIA/ISP ruling

The Canadian Recording Industry Association (CRIA) has filed its anticipated appeal of a March 31 ruling by the Federal Court of Canada that prevents the lobby group from accessing the names of 29 Internet subscribers it believes are engaged in music piracy (CNM, April 2/04).
