ILECs tell CRTC to reject Primus Canada’s application on winback rules

Incumbent telephone companies have resoundingly told the CRTC that it should reject Primus Telecommunications Canada Inc.’s application for a re-establishment of the 12-month no-winback rule (NL, June 22/06).
