MTV show to embrace Canadian stories
Brief | March 16, 2007
MTV recently announced that it has begun production of an all-Canadian version of its one-hour reality series, Made. The show, which documents the challenges and triumphs that individuals face while changing something internal or external about their lives, will become the tenth Canadian series produced by MTV in Canada. Air dates have not been confirmed for the Canadian episodes, but the American version currently airs on weekdays at 3 p.m. EST. "Canadians already love the show, so making a Canadian version is a natural addition to MTV’s roster of shows produced in Canada," said Mark McInnis, VP of production for MTV in Canada.
