Mobile banking to grow over next three years: Celent

More than one-third of households that use online banking will be conducting financial transactions over a mobile device by 2010, according to a new report from Celent, a UK-based research and consulting firm. These results demonstrate that mobile banking will grow faster than online banking and increase to 35% of online banking households compared to 1% today. But checking balances and paying bills won't be the only mobile financial transactions wireless users will be conducting.
