Voice Mobility adds two board members

Vancouver-based developer of carrier-grade enhanced messaging solutions Voice Mobility International Inc. has announced the addition of Sherman Henderson and William Laird to its board.
Henderson brings more than 35 years of telecommunications industry experience to Voice Mobility. He is currently the president and CEO of Lightyear Network Solutions LLC, and was chairman of the Telecommunications Reseller Association. In 2000 he was named one of the most influential people in the telecommunications industry and in 2004 he was elected chairman of Comptel.
Laird, a venture capitalist, has served for the past 15 years as director to several start-up companies. He is also president of W.H. Laird Holdings Ltd., as well as director and secretary of Tech-Crete Processors Ltd., Piccadilly Place Mall Inc. and Excel Construction Ltd.
