Cambridge ON-based COM DEV International Ltd. has appointed James Adamson to its board of directors as well as its HR and compensation committee. Adamson is a former NASA astronaut and U.S. Army Colonel (Ret.) who has held a number of senior corporate roles. Since 2001 he has been a consultant with his own company, Monarch Precision LLC, which specializes in strategic business development and risk management for technology companies contracting with the US government.
