New Canarie president/CEO starts today

Guy Bujold takes over the top job at Canarie Inc., Canada’s advanced research network, today following an interim posting as president of the Canadian Space Agency. Prior to joining the CSA in January, Bujold was assistant deputy minister for special projects at Industry Canada and was a key architect in the formulation of the new federal science and technology strategy when he was assistant deputy minister for science and innovation. Prior to joining the federal government, he worked for the Treasury, Economics and Intergovernmental Affairs Ministry of the Ontario government. He replaces Andrew Bjerring, who had been president/CEO of Canarie since 1993.
