AirIQ makes minor change in executive

Donald Gibbs has been named GM of AirIQ’s land business unit. He will also continue in his role as CFO of the company. The announcement comes as the telematics firm cuts a third of its staff, a move that should save AirIQ $1 million annually, but comes with a $850,000 price tag for severance packages.
