RAMTelecom signs LOI to sell satellite services company

RAMTelecom Inc., Ottawa, has entered into a Letter of Intent to sell its satellite services division, R.A. Misener Telecom Corp., Montreal-based OmniGlobe Networks Inc. for $2.65 million. The transaction is subject to several conditions, including due diligence, regulatory and shareholder approvals. The closing date is February 28.
