Foreign ownership restrictions in telecom not needed: OECD

The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has noted in its recently released 2009 Communications Outlook that foreign ownership restrictions in the telecommunications services sector aren’t needed. It points a finger at Canada as well as Korea and Mexico as having unnecessary limits.
