‘Everybody knows, nobody can regulate the Internet,’ von Finckenstein says

TORONTO–CRTC chair Konrad von Finckenstein said Wednesday that he doesn’t know whether over-the-top services represent “the globalization of broadcasting” but acknowledged that nobody can regulate the Internet.
