Cablecos take issue with CRTC’s customer transfer rules as TV wars pick up

The CRTC’s proposed new guidelines intended to ensure “seamless transitions” for customers switching TV providers are not practical in buildings with multiple dwellings like condos, townhomes and apartments, Rogers Communications Inc. has told the commission in a submission.
