‘Second screen’ an advantage for IPTV providers

Viewers increasingly use a “second screen” while watching television, providing IPTV operators with new opportunities to engage and interact with customers, Brad Ferris, head of portfolio management for TV solutions at Ericsson, said Thursday at the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) International Conference in Ottawa.
