Small telcos delay decision, spread ‘propaganda’: Cogeco

Four small incumbent wireline telcos are spreading “misinformation and propaganda” while delaying the implementation of local competition in their rural Quebec territories, Cogeco Cable Inc. said in a complaint filed with the CRTC.
