Colba.Net licensed to expand IPTV service

The CRTC has given Colba.Net Telecom Inc. permission to extend its Internet protocol TV (IPTV) into some of Ontario and Quebec’s largest municipalities and the areas that surround them, the commission said in a pair of decisions issued Thursday.
