Canada falling behind on privacy laws, Stoddart says

Canada needs better mechanisms to enforce privacy protection laws to adapt to modern technologies, Privacy Commissioner Jennifer Stoddart said in an annual report to parliament on the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
