Newcap acquisitions complete Bell-Astral divestments

BCE Inc. has found potential buyers for all of the radio stations it was required to sell as a result of its acquisition of Astral Media Inc. following an agreement to sell five stations to Newfoundland Capital Corp.’s Newcap Inc. subsidiary, the company said.
