Bell denied appeal in northern 911 case

BCE Inc. has been denied by the Supreme Court of Canada the right to appeal a 2013 decision by a trial court that found the company had unjustly enriched itself by billing mobile customers in the Northwest Territories for 911 services they did not receive.
