Cabinet denies CMPA terms of trade appeal

The Governor in Council has declined a petition by the Canadian Media Production Association (CMPA) asking it to overturn a decision made by the CRTC to approve changes of licence conditions for OWN Inc., the Oprah Winfrey Network.
