Telus hits gig speeds in Vancouver small-cell demo

Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. and Telus Corp. said in a press release Thursday they achieved over 1 Gbps of throughput during indoor and outdoor tests at their TechCity 5G Living Lab in downtown Vancouver using small-cell technologies.
