$290M allocated for internet infrastructure in rural Quebec

In a press release on Monday, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) announced up to $290 million in spending on planned internet backbone construction projects in 14 regions across Quebec, a portion of which will come through its Connect to Innovate fund.
