Huawei 5G decision ‘beyond weeks’ away: Goodale

The federal government’s sweeping security review that’s examining whether to ban Chinese telecom giant Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd.’s equipment from the country’s next generation telecom networks will take much longer than a matter of weeks before it’s finished and a decision is reached, Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale said Tuesday.
