Media parties dismissed in deindexing case, for now

The Federal Court has denied the CBC/Radio-Canada’s and the Media Coalition’s application to intervene in a case that will determine whether the privacy commissioner can order search engines to delist certain content — at least until it deliberates on Alphabet Inc.’s motion to change the scope of proceedings.
