The CRTC has told the Competition Bureau it won’t be compelling telecoms to turn over a slew of detailed information the bureau was asking for — though the telecoms will effectively have to answer many of the same questions anyway, since the CRTC issued its own request for information earlier this month that covers much of the same ground.
