Telus purchase of Canadian ADT business a good move: analysts

Telus Corp.’s announcement that it is buying ADT Security Services Canada, the Canadian arm of the U.S. home security services company, for $700 million is a wise move that will position Telus for expansion in the area of home connectivity and the Internet of Things, according to analyst notes released Tuesday following the announcement.
