French music group suing CRTC over 2012 funding decision

In 2012, the CRTC released a broadcasting decision that required Sirius XM Holdings Inc. to allocate, as a condition of licence, 20 per cent of some of its revenues to an English-language music fund and 10 per cent to its French-language counterpart.
