GATINEAU, Que. How threatening the prospect of mandated MVNO access is to BCE Inc. was evident Wednesday as the company brought out its CEO to the CRTC’s ongoing wireless hearing, who told the regulator even the “least aggressive” MVNO proposal would harm investment.
