OTTAWA — Any content levy on internet giants, as the telecom and broadcasting legislative review panel recently recommended, could expose Canada to retaliatory tariffs under the new NAFTA, University of Ottawa law professor Michael Geist told the parliamentary trade committee Wednesday.
