Rempel Garner calls for transparency on any cellphone tracking

Conservative industry critic Michelle Rempel Garner said Wednesday that if the federal government uses cellphone location data to track the spread of COVID-19, it should be transparent about the process and work with the opposition to put in place safeguards.
