CRA says court should reject Iristel’s second ask for tax returns

The Canada Revenue Agency has argued that Iristel Inc.‘s second request for the Federal Court to make the CRA release tax returns Iristel says it is owed should be struck, either because the request has effectively already been denied by the courts, or constitutes an “abuse of process,” according to a motion to strike from the country’s tax authority filed Monday.
