CanCon relief proposal ‘overly broad’, redundant: creative groups

In its reply to interventions on the Canadian Association of Broadcasters’ request for a policy of “deemed compliance” in Canadian programming expenditures, the Canadian Media Producers Association has taken aim at the lack of transparency around revenue and spending by the large broadcasters.
