Bill C-10 only a ‘temporary approach’ to regulating online services: Friends

In a preliminary study on the government’s overhaul of the Broadcasting Act through Bill C-10, watchdog group Friends of Canadian Broadcasting Friday submitted a number of amendments the group says will strengthen the government’s ability to regulate foreign streamers like Netflix Inc.
