Pattison Media reorganization approved by CRTC

The CRTC has approved an application by Pattison Media Ltd. to acquire the broadcasting assets of Merritt Broadcasting Ltd. and the partners in Jim Pattison Broadcast Group Limited Partnership as part of a multi-step reorganization by the western Canadian radio and television company.
