CRTC fines The Gap $200,000 for violating spam laws

Clothing giant Gap Inc. has been fined $200,000 for violating Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL), the CRTC announced Wednesday. The company operates several clothing stores, including The Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy.
