Northwestel wants price floor test lifted, citing Starlink competition

Faced with what it says is increasing competition from Space Exploration Technologies Corp.’s Starlink offering, BCE Inc.‘s Northwestel is asking the CRTC to waive the requirement to satisfy the regulator’s price floor test aimed at preventing anti-competitive pricing by incumbents.
