Bell tries again to stop Videotron’s ‘permanent roaming’

BCE Inc. has filed a review and vary application seeking to overturn a May CRTC decision in which the regulator declined to put in place new measures to prevent customers of Quebecor Inc.‘s Videotron from what Bell says is effectively “permanent roaming” on its own network.
