CRTC to review roaming charges after Champagne request

The CRTC said Thursday it was going to look into recently-announced hikes in international roaming fees after a complaint by Innovation, Science and Industry Minister François-Philippe Champagne. BCE Inc. subsidiary Bell Mobility and Telus Corp. said earlier this month they would be raising the rates cell phone users pay for roaming while out of the country.
