WildBrain Ltd. is accusing BCE Inc. of breaching its regulatory obligations regarding its English-language services Family Channel, Family Jr., and WildBrain TV, and its French-language service Télémagino and as a result has given Corus Entertainment Inc. an unfair advantage.
