Trudeau, St-Onge criticize Meta for blocking info during wildfires

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Canadian Heritage Minister Pascale St-Onge have lashed out at Meta Platforms Inc., saying its blocking of news content has led to emergency information being unavailable during wildfires in western and northern Canada. Meta has instituted the ban as a reaction to the Online Streaming Act.
