Rogers awarded $13 million from Competition Bureau in Shaw deal

Rogers Communications Inc. has been awarded nearly $13 million in costs from the Competition Bureau over the bureau’s losing case against the takeover of Shaw Communications. The money reflects legal costs and reasonable disbursements from the two corporations, now merged. The cost structure was determined by the Competition Tribunal.
