Netflix urges contribution limit be set at two per cent at CRTC hearings

Netflix Services Canada ULC says it has invested large amounts of money into Canada’s broadcasting sector and should not have to pay into contribution funds. The streaming service appeared at the CRTC’s broadcast proceedings on Thursday.
