Canadian telecom provider challenges CRTC’s decision in face of dominant carriers’ access to last mile fibre

CIK Telecom is arguing to the CRTC that the current interim rates set in its decision to access to last mile fibre facilities on an aggregated basis are prohibitively high, hindering their ability to compete effectively in the market and that Canada’s incumbents should not be allowed to access each other’s networks.
