Providers debate wholesale fibre access in rural areas at CRTC hearing

To bring affordable internet and consumer choice to rural communities, the CRTC must mandate aggregated wholesale fibre access to incumbents’ networks, stated several internet service providers (ISPs) to the CRTC on Tuesday.
