Quebecor Inc.’s Freedom Mobile division is no longer seeking full mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) status, the telecom tells The Wire Report. It has been determined that, as a wireless carrier, the firm does not require such standing. The move was confirmed by a letter from the CRTC.
