Telesat expects to finalize satellite deals with governments within weeks

Telesat Corp. released its second quarter results Wednesday and said it is hopeful of inking agreements for its low earth orbit (LEO) satellite service soon. The company is in negotiations for its Telesat Lightspeed service with the governments of Canada and of Quebec.
