Telesat deal good for Canada, Champagne tells INDU committee

Canadians are getting a good deal with loans to Telesat Corp. because they will protect national security and northern sovereignty, the Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry said Thursday, Oct. 3. François-Philippe Champagne (Saint-Maurice–Champlain, Que.) was testifying before the House of Commons industry committee.
