CRTC finalizes terms of Uvagut TV distribution

The CRTC issued its final conditions of service on Nunavut Independent Television Network (NITV) for its Uvagut channel on Dec. 19. The Inuit-language network will be a mandatory feature on the basic package of all cable and satellite subscribers across Canada.
